Domestic violence resource:

Many victims of domestic violence won't leave their abusers because they are scared to leave their beloved pets behind.  Safe haven programs foster a pet while a domestic violence victim gets settled into a new home and then reunite the person with their animal.  For a list of safe haven programs across the country, please visit the HSUS online directory.

Is your pet sick and in need of medical treatment that you can't afford?  Check out these organizations to see if they can help:

In Memory of Magic

Lab Med

NOTE: Funding is not provided for routine care like exams, vaccinations, spay/neuter, etc.  Each organization has different eligibility requirements.  No payments are made to pet owners, only to the treating veterinarians.
