Give a Friend or Relative the Gift of a Donation

A meaningful way to acknowledge someone special when celebrating or memorializing a significant event is to make a donation in his/her name to a worthy cause. When you send an online contribution of $20 or more to The Spayed Club, a Tribute Card -- a customized card with a personalized inscription – can be sent to that person or the family of the person/companion animal you designate.
To ensure timely delivery of your Tribute Card, please be sure to provide the following information with your PayPal contribution of $20 or more per card:
Your name, address and phone number
The recipient's name and address (if different)
The name of the person or animal you wish to recognize
If pet, please specify if cat, dog, etc, and pet name
The occasion for the card
