TNR for Community Cats
It is estimated that over 400,000 cats in Philadelphia are homeless and living on the street behind dumpsters, in alleys, in abandoned buildings.
This problem is not limited to Philadelphia. Cities and towns, large and small, are faced with the over-population of community cats
We support community cat trappers who Trap/Neuter/Return (TNR) these cats.
We often have community cat funding for free TNR and includes the surgery, rabies and distemper vaccines, flea treatment, ear tip, and pain medication. When funding is unavailable, the cost is $30 for the same TNR package.
Walk-In Vaccine Clinics - Suspended during Covid-19
Vaccinations prevent illnesses such as rabies, distemper, lyme disease, leptosprirosis, parvo, and more.
Although our Walk-In Vaccine Clinic is currently suspended, consider making a Primary Care appointment for an exam PLUS vaccinations. An exam ($40) is key to preventing illnesses and health issues, along with the core vaccines of rabies and distemper ($20 each).
