For those who cannot afford The Spayed Club Clinic's low-cost services, we offer spay/neuter certificates to those who qualify. If your household (NOT individual) yearly income is $25,000 or less, you may qualify. If your income is too high, we do make allowances for special circumstances (for example, if you are trapping a feral cat colony).

DOG OWNERS, PLEASE NOTE: If you need financial assistance with spaying or neutering your dog, you currently do not need to apply for a certificate.  Instead, please call the clinic directly and we will explain what type of assistance is available.

Instructions are on the application, which must be filled out and mailed to us, along with proof of income. You can download our application and participating vet list or leave a message at 610-275-7486, line #1, and ask that an application be mailed to you.

Please note: ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE MAILED. We do not accept applications by fax or email. If you do not qualify for The Spayed Club's financial assistance or do not wish to fill out an application, please see our list of other affordable spay/neuter options.
